Steps
1: Goto "WC Exit Popup Feedback" form admin menu
-- Designing --
Background Color: You can choose popup color by selecting color or by enter hex code of color you want.
Text Color: You can choose popup text color by selecting color or by enter hex code of color you want.
-- Text Settings --
Header text: You can change the header text from this options.
Button text: You can change the button value by just entering the new value here.
Close text: Enter new text in close menu text if required new.
-- Exit pupup settings --
Display on mobile: This option allow you to change popup display setting for mobile. You can turn off popup on mobile by just select "No" from dropdown menu.
Popup display on mobile after: You can set the popup display delay on mobile by X seconds. Best practice 15 seconds.
Display on desktop: This option allow you to change popup display setting for desktop. You can turn off popup on desktop by just select "No" from dropdown menu.
Display close text: If you want, your users can not close the popup without submitted feedback than simply turn off this option.
Enable Right to left: You can enable RTL ( Right to left ).
Popup display after: This will allow re-display popup for users after X days if he/she was submitted feedback popup before. Best practice 7 seconds.
-- Feedback questions --
Here you can ask feedback questions to your users. You can ask upto 5 feedback questions. if you have only 4 questions than leave 5th blank.
-- CSV options --
Download CSV: If you want to download feedback report than click on "Download CSV" button.
Delete CSV: This will delete your current feedback CSV and start collecting new feedback.
Show Popup: If you submitted or close popup on your system while testing, than this link helps to re-display popup on your system.
